The lists for the Spiel des Jahres just came out

The three finalists for the SdJ are:

  • Codenames
  • Imhotep
  • Karuba

The recommended list for the SdJ is only 5 this year

  • Agent Undercover
  • Animals on Board
  • Die Feisen 7
  • Krazy Wordz
  • Qwinto

 

 

For Kennerspiel des Jahres, the three finalists are:

  • Isle of Skye
  • Pandemic Legacy – Season 1
  • T.I.M.E Stories

 

The recommended list include three more games:

  • 7 Wonders: Duel
  • Blood Rage
  • Mombasa

    Well my prognostication skills were off on my personal list for some of these but given the short list my monies on

    For the SdJ are:

    Codenames

    It is simply too popular not to win

    For Kennerspiel des Jahres

    Pandemic Legacy – Season 1

    It is just too damned good not to win.
