The immense Lorcana wave of early Thursday morning kept me from my appointment but it serendipitously had me stalled out next to the KTBG (Kids Table Board Gaming) booth. They were showing off a nice little 2-4 player kids game with LITERALLY a cut-and-choose mechanic.
A pile of dice are rolled and then packed to form a central grid and players are given fulfillment cards.
Players then use a cardboard cleaver to literally slice off a set of dice from the central pool. Slices must come from the outside edge and be no more than four dice and less than 10 total pips. Dice are used (by color) to fulfill a player’s order cards to score points.
