Final Amazon Spring Sale Post – mostly Star Wars!

From time to time, I do try to make some posts highlighting some great deals on boardgames. All the links contained here are affiliate links, so to be transparent, the OG could earn some money if you buy the games from these links.   As the Spring Sale is almost over, this will be our last post for it.   If you’re not interested, just pass on this post.  All the links will be below the jump.

That being said, there are a lot of games on sale right now – and maybe you will find a great deal on a new addition to your game collection!  There are a LOT of Star Wars games on sale today, so I’ll highlight a few that I have found.  (You can see the list of the ten games from the 26th by clicking here  and the second list from the 27th here).

Star Wars Rivals base set – $6.89 – https://amzn.to/4iO6cra

This is a standalone starter set for the expandable 2 player card game from Funko. This is a really low price to get started with this game series.  We reviewed it earlier.

Bop-it! Star Wars

OK – so not necessarily a game, but I have seen plenty of games love playing Bop it! and its many variants. The game unit commands players to take 3 actions in a random order, and to respond fast and accurately to win; Bop It, Twist It, Pull It!  Each of these comes with the voices/sounds that go with the character.

Star Wars Legion Core Set – $95 with coupon – https://amzn.to/4iOyPEF

A miniature based skirmish game, set in the Star Wars universe. Epic warfare is an inescapable part of the Star Wars universe, and you can lead your troops to victory with Star Wars: Legion, a two-player miniatures game of thrilling infantry battles in the Star Wars universe! As a miniatures game, Star Wars: Legion invites you to enter the ground battles of the Galactic Civil War as the commander of a unique army led with troopers, powerful vehicles, and iconic characters. While innovative mechanics for command and control simulate the fog of war and the chaos of battle, the game’s unpainted, easily assembled gures give you a canvas to create any Star Wars army you can imagine.

Star Wars Young Jedi Yahtzee – $11 – https://amzn.to/4cfgbDy

Who doesn’t love Yahtzee. Roll three times, and try to match as many characters as they can on the scoreboard. The more they match, the higher their score. Score the most points to win.

Pictionary Air Star Wars – $14 – https://amzn.to/4hWVBc9

Pictionary Air is a great take on the image guessing game. Here, you use a wand to trace out the picture and players view it on a screen.   We reviewed the base game of this.  It is a great party game, and now with a Star Wars theme.

Star Wars Bounty Hunters – $19 – https://amzn.to/4j890iy

This is a game where players simultaneously draft cards to set up bounty hunter captures.  Chase famous Star Wars targets across the galaxy. Utilize the Jawa market to purchase droids and gear, enhancing your chances of success.  Look at our review here

The Mandalorian Special Cargo Throwing Game – $12 – https://amzn.to/4cjy8Rd

Players split into two teams—The Mandalorian vs. the Galactic Empire—and each take a character disc that matches their allegiance. Place Grogu in the center of the table with 15 Ally cards spread a good distance around it to create the Battlefield. Each player then takes turns throwing their character disc to land on and win Ally cards and Beskar steel! Beskar can be traded for Upgrades that may help you win the battle, but are you willing to sacrifice your allies and points to do so? The aim is for everyone on your team to earn enough points that you can all aim for and land on Grogu, with the first player to do so being the winner.

And for one non-Star Wars game…
